The Biz will dispatch all orders within 1 working day of it being confirmed. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as to when it will be available.

Below are the delivery charges:

To United Kingdom:
UK Mainland Recorded Parcel Post 2 to 5 days delivery: £2.95
which will have to be signed for and can be tracked by a posting number.

To Europe:
All orders: £5.00

Rest of World:
All orders: £10.00

If your delivery address is outside of Jersey, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; The Biz advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Christmas Orders:
Please place your order before mid-day on December 21st for Christmas delivery. 

The Biz reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. The Biz does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions.
